1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BookieBane ("the Platform"), operated by BookieBane ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Service - Decision Support Only

BookieBane is a sports analytics and data visualization platform that provides informational content only. We are a decision support tool - not a gambling advisor, tipster service, or financial advisor.

Our signals, models, projections, analysis, and any other content are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. They are not recommendations to place any wager, and should not be interpreted as such.

The bettor is always the final decision maker. We surface data. You decide what to do with it.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Results

Past model performance does not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Our models analyze historical data, statistical patterns, and publicly available information, but no model can predict the future with certainty.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data, projections, or analysis provided on the Platform. Statistical models have inherent limitations and may produce incorrect projections.

You acknowledge that any decisions you make based on information from the Platform are entirely your own, and you assume all risk associated with those decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that sports wagering is legal in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your location.

5. Account and Access

Certain features require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid tiers are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform - including signal types, model names, analysis text, user interface design, and branding - is the intellectual property of BookieBane. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

Our models incorporate publicly available data from third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of underlying public data. Third-party data providers retain all rights to their respective content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookieBane shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses incurred from wagering decisions made using information from the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Data Sources and Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates data from multiple third-party providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. We do not endorse any sportsbook, betting platform, or third-party service referenced on the Platform.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not: use the Platform to facilitate illegal activity; scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Platform without permission; redistribute signals or analysis commercially; impersonate another user; or attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
